Our school has been the heart of learning for many children from our local community, (and beyond), since 1934 and our website provides a whole host of information about school and images from within it.
This page is dedicated to giving prospective parents a tour of the school and, as a precursor to this, the image above provides a drone’s eye view of Barlow Hall, with pictures extracted from footage obtained by two of our parents.
Unlike many schools, we are very fortunate to have a lot of outdoor space which we use to its maximum effect. This includes our front field and playgrounds, as well as the Nursery playground which does not appear on the main image, we also have our own forest area which our children can play in at lunchtime and which we also use for some of our weekly forest school lessons.
We are hoping to add a video tour of school to this page in the very near future, as well as images of our forest area and nursery playgrounds, but, in the meantime please click the link below to watch the drone footage of the outside of school beautifully accompanied by the children of Barlow Hall Primary school singing the school song they wrote themsleves. The beginning of the footage includes the wonderful display of thanks from many of our children which appeared overnight to greet staff as they arrived at school during the coronavirus pandemic of January 2021.
