Really useful self help websites, supporting people with a large range of issues from anger and phobias, to relationships and OCD.Self Help Services are commissioned by the NHS to provide psychological therapies for mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and panic. A counselling service for children and young people up to their 19th birthday in the UK provided by the NSPCCWhatever you’re going through, a Samaritan will face it with you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
