I have been a Teaching Assistant at Barlow Hall since 2010. I have taught in 4 different schools in Manchester over the last 8 years.
I attended the University of Chester and attained a degree in English Literature and the Subsidiary element of my degree was Educational Studies. This broadened my perspectives on the primary curriculum and enabled me to develop a link between my degree and teaching. Whilst working at Barlow Hall I have gained HLTA status.
I believe in the uniqueness of the children at Barlow Hall and that the ethos of the school promotes the children in their learning, creating an environment in which the child feels safe and secure. Outside of school I enjoy reading, swimming and catching up with friends. I love travelling to Ireland visiting family who live there.
