Help and support from Manchester city council

Throughout the pandemic Manchester City Council have been offering advice and support on a number of different ways.

These include a dedicated helpline offering advice and support to Manchester residents on issues ranging from homelessness and housing to food and bill concerns. The helpline is open to all and available Monday to Friday from 9 - 5 pm and staff will signpost users to the right people if they can not help themselves.

 

The Council's work and skills department also publish a weekly bulletin offering advice on job opportunities,benefits, Change is in the air, and they will soon be launching a brand new Work & Skills Bulletin!

With a refreshed look and and improved layout, featuring the content users have have asked forl; the new Work & Skills Bulletin will be the best way to get information on jobs, training, and skills development delivered straight to your inbox.

The new bulletin will be launching in the next few weeks, but you'll need to sign up again to receive it:
